The Highlands at Wyomissing was named one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Nursing Homes for 2017-18.
This designation was given upon completion of U.S. News’ evaluation of over 15,000 nursing homes nationwide. Using the data provided by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that sets and enforces standards for nursing homes, U.S. News ranked nursing homes based on their performance in the following areas-- state-conducted health inspections, nurse staffing and medical quality measures.
