The Highlands of Wyomissing partnered with Esterbrook Pharmacy to vaccinate independent living residents against COVID-19.
During this COVID-19 crisis, donations to the Jay Rosenson matching grant challenge were made. We would like to share that due to the generosity of Jay Rosenson who matched $1.00 for $1.00 up to $50,000 in support of employees and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) The Highlands raised $121,760.
The Highlands will be hosting a virtual town hall meeting for Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. The purpose of the virtual town hall is to provide you with updated information about how The Highlands is continuing to prepare for the coronavirus and to answer questions you may have. The virtual town hall will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 2:30 in the afternoon.
The Highlands at Wyomissing is accepting donations of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other supplies. The types of PPE we are looking for include: surgical masks, N95 masks, handmade masks, gloves, gowns, and commercially made hand sanitizer.
